- Off-Road Use Only: Our custom steering wheels are designed and intended solely for off-road use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that these products are not designed for road use and may not be legal for use in certain regions or on public roads.
- No Road Use Warranty: Carbon Control makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability of our products for use on public roads. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Liability Disclaimer
- Assumption of Risk: The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the products, including but not limited to risks related to the installation, use, and potential malfunctions. Carbon Control shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
- No Liability for Damages: Carbon Control is not liable for any damage to customer vehicles, property, or any third-party property caused by the installation, use, or failure of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Injuries and Legal Claims: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carbon Control from any legal claims, injuries, or damages related to the use of the products.
3. Product Information
- Custom Nature of Products: All of our products are custom-designed to meet specific customer requests. Please ensure that all customization details and measurements are correct before finalizing your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accuracy of Information: Carbon Control strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
4. Payment and Order Fulfillment
- Payment Terms: By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay the full price of the products, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Carbon Control reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving potential fraud or errors in the ordering process.

9. Production and Shipping Times
- All custom steering wheels require a minimum of 4 weeks for production. Please note that this time does not include the selected shipping time, which varies based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will notify you promptly if your order is affected.
