Warranty & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Carbon Control. We take great pride in providing high-quality, custom steering wheels. Please read our warranty and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless specified in special cases discussed directly with our customer service team.

Warranty Coverage

• Structural Warranty: Carbon Control offers a 6-month warranty on the structural components of the steering wheel from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
• LED Module Warranty: Our LED modules are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects or malfunctions not caused by external damage, damages caused during installing (i.e. short circuit) or misuse.

What’s Not Covered

• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear (such as fading, scratches, or deterioration from regular use) is not covered under warranty.
• Damage from Misuse: Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use outside of intended purposes is not covered by the warranty.

Return & Shipping Costs

• Special Return Cases: In the event that a return is authorized for any reason outside of our standard policy, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
• Incorrect Items: If the wrong steering wheel is sent, Carbon Control will cover the return shipping costs.
• Damage During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at support@carboncontrol.ca. We will provide instructions for filing a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
